Radius of hemisphere = Radius of cone = $3.5$ cm = $\frac{7}{2}$ cm Height of cone = $9.5 - 3.5 = 6$ cm Volume of solid = volume of hemisphere + volume of cone $= \frac{2}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times (\frac{7}{2})^3 + \frac{1}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times (\frac{7}{2})^2 \times 6$ $= \frac{77}{6} \times 13 = \frac{1001}{6} = 166.8$ cm$^3$
