Solution : Perimeter of the shaded region
$= \frac{60}{360} \times 2\pi \times 3 + \frac{60}{360} \times 2\pi \times 2 + 2$
$= \frac{152}{21}\text{ cm}$ or $7.24\text{ cm}$
$= \frac{60}{360} \times 2\pi \times 3 + \frac{60}{360} \times 2\pi \times 2 + 2$
