Correct fig. In $\triangle BLC$ and $\triangle ELA$ $\frac{BL}{EL} = \frac{BC}{EA} \dots(i)$ DM $||$ AB $\therefore$ AD = DE $\Rightarrow AE = 2AD$ $\Rightarrow AE = 2BC \dots(ii)$ From (i) and (ii) $EL=2BL$
