In the given figure, $\Delta ABC$ is circumscribing a circle. Find the length of BC, if AR = $4$ cm, BR = $3$ cm and AC = $11$ cm.

$BP = BR = 3$ cm and $AQ = AR = 4$ cm
$QC = AC - AQ = 11 - 4 = 7$ cm
$PC = QC = 7$ cm
$\therefore BC = BP + PC = 3 + 7 = 10$ cm
