$\triangle$ACP $\cong \triangle$BCP
AC=BC
$\angle$ACP = $\angle$BCP
$\angle$ACP + $\angle$BCP = $180^{\circ}$
$\angle$ACP = $90^{\circ}$
$\Rightarrow$ OP $\perp$ AB
Hence OP is perpendicular bisector of chord AB.
